<!--
  Gaaloh sitemap.

<lastmod> is the only one of the three optional hints Google actually reads.
Google has stated publicly that it ignores <changefreq> and <priority> outright,
so they are not here: they cost a reader's attention and buy nothing.

lastmod matters more than usual for this site. A Search Console audit on
2026-08-18 found nine of these eleven URLs "discovered, currently not indexed"
and never once crawled — Google knew about them and declined to spend the
request. A truthful lastmod is a direct signal that a page is worth re-fetching.

BUMP THE DATE ON A PAGE WHEN ITS CONTENT MEANINGFULLY CHANGES. A date that
advances on every deploy is worse than none — Google learns to distrust it and
  the signal stops working.

All dates are 2026-08-18: every page's served HTML was replaced that day, when
per-route prerendering gave each URL its own title, description and canonical.

  Deliberately absent:
/bulk/confirm — noindex; only meaningful with a live order in hand
    /waitlist/cook, /waitlist/customer — share-link variants of /waitlist, same page

<!-- The FSSAI registration guide. The chooser plus one URL per language: these
are not duplicates of each other, they are the same guide written in six
languages, and each carries hreflang alternates naming the other five. They
are the highest-intent pages on the site — a cook searching "FSSAI
registration for home kitchen" is exactly who Gaaloh is for — so they are
listed individually rather than left for the crawler to find. -->
<!-- The cook recruitment pitch, in all six languages. Listed above the FSSAI
guide because it is the page that sends people INTO the guide, and the one
worth ranking for "home cook jobs" style queries. Each variant is listed
individually: the six are genuinely different pages to a crawler, and the
hreflang set the page emits tells it they are alternates of one another. -->
